My SciFi Life

An experienced manager of people and technology I am very interested in helping businesses and people grow and develop and have been writing about this for years. My "day" job is all about Customer Service, Operations, Helpdesk's and Technical Support Teams - basically my role is about ensuring that businesses function in a seamless and effective manner with minimal service disruptions.

I have been involved in Customer Service, Telcos & the Internet since its birth, but unfortunately just missed out on the glory days of the ".dot com boom" which is why I am now freelance writing and ghostwriting on the side instead of sitting on small island in the South Pacific!

A self professed tech & scifi geek.   I love technology and science fiction/fantasy and am always interested in discussing and writing about either topic.
